- 250 ml soy milk
- 1 vanilla bean, seeds scraped (vanilla extract can be substituted)
- 120 grams strawberries
- small handful of wild rocket leaves
- a few sorrel leaves
- 100 ml apple juice
- ice cubes
Pineapple Mango Mint Hollyhock Smoothie
- 200 grams frozen mango cubes
- 200 grams pineapple chunks
- juice of 1 lime
- handful of mint (or pineapple mint to really amp up the tropical flavor)
- 2-3 hollyhock leaves
