Try this oatmeal chamomile cleansing powder recipe for smoother, softer, cleaner skin in minutes.

What You Need:

¼ cup uncooked dry rolled oats (or ¼ cup oat flour)

1 teabag organic chamomile tea (or 4 drops chamomile essential oil)

1 tablespoon bentonite clay

Glass jar

Directions:

  1. Grind the rolled oats into a fine powder using a coffee grinder, spice grinder, or Magic Bullet and transfer to a bowl. If using oat flour, skip this step.
  2. In the same grinder, add about 1 teaspoon of the freshly ground oats (or flour) and the contents of the teabag. Grind to a fine powder, and transfer to bowl. If using chamomile essential oil, skip this step and add the oil directly to the bowl with the oat powder.
  3. Stir oat powder, chamomile powder, and bentonite clay and transfer to glass jar for storage.

To Use:

Wet face with warm water. Add a few drops of warm water to about ½ teaspoon of facial cleansing powder, and massage gently over entire face (avoiding the eye area). Rinse and enjoy your silky, refreshed skin!
